People can get tix from SISTIC. SISTIC gives it to them in a nice folder thingy.
Most of them want to rush, can't be bothered with taking out their tickets, so they just shove the whole folder at us and expect us to remove and tear for them.

So i was removing th tix from this guy & his wife went, : "That was so rude!"

Then she shouted again. "I could've gone to another line you know!"
